It was almost a year ago when Armenian Writer, director and actor, Vahik Pirhamzei broke ground in Hollywood! Pirhamzei brought us the first American comedy to use the very rich Armenian culture as a backdrop, and of course, a lead Armenian character in the hit movie ‘My Uncle Rafael’.
Pirhamzei, who has a special knack in storytelling, quickly submerged himself into a new script, but this time, to an action drama feature film. “Guardian Angel” was born! He assembled a talented production team and successfully drew in some amazing film and television actors! Production began shooting on June 18th and is currently in post production.
“Guardian Angel” is Written and Directed by Vahik Pirhamzei
Some of the cast members include: Vahik Pirhamzei (“My Uncle Rafael”), Justine Wachsberger (“Twilight Saga”), Bokeem Woodbine (“Total Recall”), Colin Cunningham (“Falling Skies”), Costas Mandylor (“Saw”), Houshang Touzie (“Argo”), Ray Wise (“Twin Peaks”), Christopher Atkins (“The Blue Lagoon”), Anne Bedian (“Combat Hospital”), Christopher Knight (“The Brady Bunch”), Anahid Avanesian (“My Uncle Rafael”), Garen Boyajian (“Three Veils”), Anthony Azizi (“Transformers”), Brandon Barash (“General Hospital”) are just a few among other greats.
